Melissa and Kevin met years ago through friends in Tacoma but it wasn’t until they crossed paths again at Oktoberfest in Leavenworth that sparks flew. A few years of dating went buy and Kevin popped the question while he was on a world-travel trip and Melissa came to meet him in Albania. When discussing wedding plans, they knew they wanted to return to Leavenworth to tie the knot where it all began.

Their Brown Family Homestead wedding was the perfect setting for a fall celebration of love. Though it started lightly raining, Melissa knew she wanted an outdoor wedding surrounded by the beautiful Cascade mountains. Under umbrellas and a romantic drizzle, Kevin and Melissa said “I do”. Everyone then cozied up under the heated tent where they enjoyed a rustic BBQ feast, pie for dessert, and of course an evening of dancing under the Northwest sky.
